« We love secret harbor. We got married here and returned for our 5th anniversary this year. I must admit it is expensive compared to other resorts on the island but it has EVERYTHING! The beach is quiet and chairs, umbrellas and towels are included rather than an extra cost. The snorkeling right off the shore is amazing! If you don't have your own equipment there is a dive shop on property. Rental was only 15$ a day. My husband and i took an intro scuba dive which he LOVED! no experience needed....

« We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ritz Residences in St. Thomas. Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. « Be sure to clarify what specific room you are getting prior to your trip. Ours what not the same level of quality as the one we had expected. And after a couple days of investigating we realized there was bat droppings falling on our bed and they were unable to move us to another room until whole 24 hours later. We had to rearrange the furniture to move the bed to a "safe zone" to sleep. All of it was unfortunate. The kid the front desk tried to be helpful, but wasn't really able to do...

« Clean property, but not much to do there. Lovely beach connected to the property and ability to snorkel or kayak, but the boats in the way took away from the beach feel for me…and the food was not worth the cost at all. »

« 2h30 pour récupérer la clé de la chambre car après 18h il n’y a plus personne à l’office. Heureusement que expédia à un service irréprochable vis à vis du client. Comme il n’y a rien sur le site ou presque, il faut prévoir nourriture et boissons si on arrive tard et surtout le café du matin car au snack bar du site à 2$50 la petite tasse , ça reste vite en travers de la gorge. A part ces petits désagréments, le site et les chambres sont très correctes. »

« We were impressed with the room and its location. Had everything we needed for our brief stay. Appreciated the king sized bed after several days of much smaller ones. In great walking proximity to Sapphire Bay Beach and its restaurants and coffee shop. »

« I will start by stating that Ana, the host is VERY accommodating for all of our needs. They went out of their way to get decent beach chairs (which weren't there upon arrival) However, I must point out that the photos listed showing the view from the unit as well as most of the unit are horribly wrong. You CANNOT see the ocean. Your only view is of trees blocking that view shown in photos (Those photos must've been taken many years ago) The only thing you might see is some of the tennis courts...
